The in-room iron could use a bit of pep—might as well try ironing with a potato! And don’t get me started on the checkout chatter—lost a good ten minutes there!

Spacious room, modern gym, the bed was large and comfortable and the gym is stocked with dumbbells up to 20kg and the AC actually went up to 28 degrees, which is rare for a hotel.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited THORPE PARK for some thrilling rides and spent another day at LEGOLAND, which was packed with fun activities. The breakfast at the hotel was great, and the staff were really friendly. Plus, getting around was a breeze with the train to the airport terminals.

Check-in was a bit slow due to a flight issue, but we managed to settle in. Just be prepared for potential waiting times if the hotel is busy.

It’s not exactly budget-friendly, but considering everything, the price was still reasonable.

crowne plaza is an ideal spot for us when visiting london. the location is super convenient, making it easy to come and go. the rooms are awesome, with super comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, and their breakfast is simply the best! we also enjoyed dinner there, and the food was delicious. loved the fitness facilities too!
